And if you coach, lead and mentor your team to recruit properly and effectively, then everybody's happy. Depending on the company's business model and how the comp plan is set up, you'll want to be signing people into your Network Marketing business, not at the minimal marketer's level, but at the base level that puts them in position to take full advantage of the comp plan. Then teach them to bring in three people the same way, and teach those three to each bring in three people the same way - at that base level that sets them on course to maximize the comp plan. Everyone who joins your business is taught to bring in three the same way, as quickly as possible. And from that point forward, everybody, yourself included, brings in just one more per month, minimum. This will explode your business exponentially, and with only five or six people on your frontline.
Network Marketing is a very simple industry to become extremely successful in, once you find the legitimate-home-based-business poised to rock the world. Network Marketing provides amazing opportunity as long as you use common sense and do your homework. In other words, invest your time before you invest your money. But nothing is going to happen until you take action. Opportunity is worthless without you taking action. That's the difference between opportunity and success.
